Rich and Fudgy Brownies
I got this recipe from my 'The Best of Fine Cooking: Cookies' magazine and was not dissapointed with the results. This recipe was amazing just like the other recipes that I have tried from this magazine. The brownies are rich and fudgy just like the title and have a melt in your mouth gooiness that is to die for. Here's the recipe for you to try and drool over just like I did!
Rich and Fudgy Brownies
1 Cup butter
2/3 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Cups granulated sugar
4 Large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 Cups unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp baking powder
1) Preheat oven to 350F then butter and flour a 9in square metal baking pan, tap out excess flour
2) Melt butter in a meduim saucepan over medium-high heat; once melted, remove from heat
3) Whisk in sugar, then eggs and vanilla
4) Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt slowly then stir more vigorously until batter is smooth and uniform for about 1min
5) Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 40min or until a toothpick inserted 3/4in into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs
6) Let brownies cool completely in the pan on a rack, then cut and enjoy!
(Brownies can be well wrapped and frozen for up to a month or can be stored up to three days at room temperature)

i want these for the next girls night :)
These brownies are even BETTER than those two-bite brownies that I love so much. So moist and chewy. I want to make another pan, and eat it all in one go!
Could you imagine? A TEN bite brownie? :)
whoever jenn's boyfriend is, he must be a lucky guy...
