Rice Krispie Chocolate PieIt's girls night tonight and I wanted to make something sweet and fun for the girls.  Were going to my girlfriend Lindsay's house tonight and I know how much she loves chocolate and Dairy Queen.  So, inspired by Dairy Queen, I made a cookie/bar version of a Treatzza Pizza with a brownie bottom, a rice krispie middle, and a chocolate smartie topping.  The rice krispie chocolate pie worked out well, although a little on the sticky side, it still tasted super yummy and sweet, perfect for a girls night to pig out.  I used a store bought brownie mix for the crust because I was lazy today, but you could make it from scratch or you could also make a crust using chocolate cookie wafers and melted butter to give it a more crunchy texture on the bottom.

Rice Krispie Chocolate Pie

(For Crust):
1 Box brownie mix (and other ingredients mix requires)

(For Filling):
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup white chocolate
2 Cups mini marshmallows
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 Cups rice krispie cereal

(For toppings):
1 box of smarties or favorite candy
1/2 Cup white chocolate
1/2 Cup milk chocolate

1) Make brownies in a 9in round greased pan and follow instructions on back of brownie box
2) Let brownies cool in pan until completely coolRice Krispie Chocolate Pie
3) In a medium pot on low heat melt butter, once melted add 1/2 Cups white chocolate until well combined and melted
4) Add marshmallows and continue stirring until melted and smooth, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt until well combined
5) Pour marshmallow mixture over rice krispies in a seperate large bowl and stir until all rice krispies are coated (you need to work fast because the marshmallow mixture cools fast)
6) Pour rice krispie mixture on top of brownies in pan and evenly press mixture in, then decorate with desired candy
7) Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate in microwave stirring every 10sec until mixture is smooth
8) Transfer melted chocolate into a small ziplock bag and cut the corner to decorate the pie in desired pattern
9) Repeat step 7 and 8 using the milk chocolate and finish decoarting the pie
10) Place in fridge to set then cut into pie pieces and enjoy!
