Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

It was one of my work friends birthdays this week and she had to work a shift that day with me so I said I would make her anything she wanted.  She told me she wanted anything with peanut butter and chocolate in it so I decided to use one of The Pioneer Woman's recipes and followed her instructions for her Cookie Dough and Candy Recipe.  The grocery store had all of their Easter chocolates on sale so I decided to take advantage and stock up.

I used Pilsbury's peanut butter cookie dough and the Reese's chocolate peanut butter eggs (but I also tested with the other chocolate eggs and they were good too).  This recipe was very easy to make and very very good to eat but I did have a little trouble trying to get the cups out of the muffin tin eventhough I sprayed it with Pam.  I think next time I might use mini cupcake paper liners instead of greasing the pan, they might even look cutier that way anyway.  I've linked the recipe above from The Pioneer Woman for you to try and feel free to experiament with different type of cookie doughs and chocoaltes!
