Irish Cream Brownies

My girlfriend was having her first Christmas party at her new house with her boyfriend and so I decided to contribute some Christmas brownies for the potluck.  I got the recipe from here, which I found as a great website for holiday recipies.  I didn't have any Bailey's on hand and the store wasn't open at the time so I decided to buy some International Delight Coffee Creamer, Irish cream flavored, from the grocery store instead.

It seemed to work well but I think if I would have used Bailey's

the flavor would have standing out a bit better but the brownies still had a hint of irish cream to them.  The brownies had a good fudge cake like texture and had great chocolate flavor.  They would probably taste really well if I had made an irish cream icing for the top similar to the icing from my cappuccino brownies posted below.
