Golden Graham Peanut Butter Cookies

I've made these peanut butter cookies before and they were so good.  I had some left over Golden Grahams cereal lying around from another recipe I made and I wanted to use them up (because I bought the family size box).  I decided to crush them up and combine them with this delicious peanut butter cookie recipe from Cookie Madness.  The cookies once again turned out great and the Golden Grahams added a nice crunchy texture to it.  I just substituted the 1 1/4 Cups of peanuts and 1 1/3 Cups chips for 2 Cups crushed Golden Grahams.  The dough doesn't spread too much so I shaped them into balls then lightly flattened them a little before putting them in the oven.  These are a great peanut butter treat loaded with sweet Golden Graham crunch, enjoy!
