Tiger Butter
This recipe is so easy but taste like it took a lot of effort to create because its soooo good. It taste like peanut butter and chocolate fudge that just melts in your mouth. My Aunt made this for Christmas along with some other desserts and I couldn't stop eating it and had to get the recipe. I've posted the recipe below so you can make this simple yummy treat as well. Mine turned out with more brown strips than white strips because I had a few extra chocolate chips left over that I decided to use up but it still ended up tasting just as good.
Biscotti Day
Who doesn't love a big jar full of biscotti? That's what I decided to give my boyfriends mom for Christmas because I remembered that she mentioned how much she liked biscotti last time I was over. Both recipes are from Cookie Madness and both are great! The first recipe for Almond Biscotti was easy and had a great classic crunchy biscotti taste. I added about 1/8 tsp of almond extract to give them a lil extra flavor. These biscotti tasted best dunked in coffee because of their great crunch.
Irish Cream Brownies

My girlfriend was having her first Christmas party at her new house with her boyfriend and so I decided to contribute some Christmas brownies for the potluck. I got the recipe from here, which I found as a great website for holiday recipies. I didn't have any Bailey's on hand and the store wasn't open at the time so I decided to buy some International Delight Coffee Creamer, Irish cream flavored, from the grocery store instead.
Cream Cheese Cookies with Mini Chocolate Chips
I was surprised at how easy these cookies were to make and how well they turned out. They tasted like a soft and creamy shortbread cookie with a nice hint of texture and flavor from the mini chocolate chips. The cookies melted in your mouth like cheesecake but the cream cheese flavor wasn't too overpowering. I found this recipe at both RecipeZaar and All Recipes websites as a pressed cookie and a drop cookie.
